Catalant is searching for a Key Account Leader who will change the way our retail and CPG clients work with third parties. In this role you will work with our enterprise sales executives to grow Catalant’s relationship with existing clients, act as the subject matter expert on the value our experts provide, and develop strong relationships with current and future prospects.

About you:

• Hold an MBA or equivalent advanced degree
• 5+ years of experience in a fast paced, high growth environment
• Comfortable working seamlessly between sales and marketing teams
• Exposure to large enterprise operations either through professional services or direct role at a large organization.

About the job:

• Drive the full sales lifecycle of “initiatives” at top CPG and retail companies
• Execute on the following activities:
  
  • Initial pitch/discovery, creation of materials
  • Follow up, shepherding legal/procurement processes
  • Running point on setting up clients for large-scale Catalant usage (onboarding incumbents, etc)
  • Running creation of an account service team
• Help hire and train new Account Managers
• Develop expertise in relevant procurement, legal, and tech issues that frequently come up in Catalant consumer sales process
• Assist Account Executives and Account Managers as the subject matter expert on complicated or high-value projects where extra consulting/consumer knowledge could be valuable.
