Human Resources Associate
The Human Resource Associate is primarily responsible for performing all HR Administration-related duties and works closely with our finance, legal, and business operations executives, as well as 3rd party service providers. This position supports benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, immigration matters, and employment law compliance, amongst other responsibilities. Secondarily, the Human Resources Associate will support company-wide recruiting efforts and work closely with office coordinators and engineering leaders.
What You’ll Do:
Administer various human resource plans and procedures for all employees; assists in the development and implementation of new personnel policies and procedures; update and maintain the employee handbook and policies and procedures manuals.
Help deliver on HR department goals, objectives and systems.
Manage the bi-annual performance evaluation program and evolve as necessary.
Support benefits administration, including enrollment, claims resolution, change reporting, open enrollment and communicating benefits information to employees.
Educate employees on benefits utilization and proactive emphasis on prevention and well-being.
Support employee relations counseling and exit interviewing.
Maintain company organization charts and the employee directory.
Maintain human resource information system records and develop reporting.
Support compliance with federal, state and local employment and benefits laws and regulations.
Oversee new-employee orientations.
Helps to develop employee training procedures.
