Job Description: 

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for an Executive Assistant and Office Manager opportunity in our Fort Point office. This position will support the CEO, Leadership, and broader team. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, enthusiastic to learn, and has experience supporting a fast-paced and rapidly growing team.

 

What You Will Do:

•CEO support  

oManage travel, schedule and other essential daily tasks for CEO

oFacilitate leadership team coordination, communication, and meetings

oFacilitate board meeting preparation, including equipment setup and deck preparation 

•Office management

oExecute all office-related requests such as ordering lunches and office groceries, being point of contact for all incoming and outgoing mail, keeping the office tidy, welcoming and escorting guests, managing conference room reservations, submitting bills and other daily tasks that may arise

oPrepare company meetings and events, including equipment setup and dial-in information

•Other assigned tasks and projects

oReview contracts and execution for CEO

 

What You Need:

•A minimum of two years of related experience as an executive assistant or office manager supporting a fast-paced and rapidly growing team

•BA / BS degree 

•Proficiency with MS Office

•Excellent communication skills and enthusiastic to learn

•Ability to work autonomously on projects and prioritize appropriately
