Position:
ERP Functional Analyst
Job Description:

ERP Analyst provides project coordination, functional expertise, and contributes to improvements and enhancements for mission-critical, enterprise-wide information systems. The ERP Analyst is responsible for project tracking and control for assigned modules or systems, serving as a liaison between functional and technical resources to manage the development of new system functionality, upgrades, system modifications, and day-to-day problem analysis, issue tracking, and resolution.
If the candidate is located in Colorado, this position will be in office 5 days a week, Monday - Friday.
If the candidate is located outside of Colorado, this position is fully remote but must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership.
What You'll Be Doing:

  • Works independently; receives minimal guidance
  • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience
  • Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products/services or processes
  • Typically resolves complex problems or problems where precedent may not exist
  • Often leads the work of project teams; may formally train junior staff


What We Are Looking For:

  • Good functional skills in Oracle E-Business Suite/Applications with a focus on Oracle supply chain management (SCM): Inventory, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Bills of Materials (BOM), Order Management (OM), Order to Cash cycle, and Procure to Pay cycle.
  • 1+ years of experience in writing and executing SQL queries as that will be required for analysis of issues
  • Sound knowledge on preparing training materials with experience in Oracle UPK's/ Articulate 360 will be plus
  • Experienced with Change Requests, analyzing problems, Discussions with Business Analysts and End Users & Gather Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be fluent in English.
  • Requires in-depth knowledge and experience
  • Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$99,100.00 - $135,300.00
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.

Remote work employees may be required to be present at the closest designated Arrow office for work-related purposes, at the Company's request and sole discretion.
