We are looking for an experienced and self-driven person to join our worldwide marketing team. You will be responsible for setting up our online advertising operations from scratch and making them into a major source of revenue.

You need to know how to do the job yourself. And you must be able to hire people who do parts of it better than you do.

Our organization is data-driven, flat, and moving fast. You will have to show daily progress and prove your effectiveness with data.

Requirements:

• Very good English writing skills.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing online advertising campaigns in Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
• Great communications skills.
• Experience leading people.
• Working knowledge of at least one data analytics tool (e.g. Tableau).
• Humbleness.

Bonus:

• Understanding of B2B sales process.
• Understanding of enterprise data analytics/machine learning market.
