If you constantly strive for excellence, are passionate about innovation, and want to work with a collaborative, energetic team - then Mendix is for you.  As a Service delivery manager, you will have the opportunity to work with our Customer Success leadership team define the strategic vision of our expert services team. You will have previous consultancy experience, and ideally come from a custom software development background, particularly using the agile methodology and will have experience leading and motivating small teams.

You’ll help our customers drive digital innovation by:

  • Expanding our team of Customer Success Managers (CSM) who play an essential role in building and sustaining customer relationships, while driving the adoption and expansion of the Mendix platform in order to exceed our revenue goals. The Director will work closely with our account executives to introduce the CSM benefits to our prospects. Once we identify the value the customer wants to derive from the platform the CSM works jointly with our customer to realize that value by outcome based tracking
  • You will lead the post-sales efforts in building programs, processes and procedures that are successful and repeatable in delivering value to our customers. You will need to be able to position the digital execution methodology and work with our customer to effect change in their organization and processes. Your focus will be on delivering business impact and innovation to a customer’s business by truly understanding their key business drivers.
  • The CSM is a high impact, visible role responsible for ensuring pervasive enterprise adoption of the Mendix Platform, and closing enterprise transactions within the assigned accounts.

You’re the innovator we need if you have:

  • Between 8-15 years of experience with managing customer relationships from pre-sales through full lifecycle within a technology environment
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • A proactive attitude to get issues resolved quickly
  • A deep understanding of technology and ability to distinctly explain technological and business concepts
  • Experience with customer onboarding and customer success
  • Accountability for driving additional revenue through customer expansion
