Customer Service Associate
We, at Flywire, want our customers to receive unparalleled individualized attention and service, and you will help us achieve that goal! As the company's first point of contact, you will leverage your knowledge and positive attitude to help each customer in a friendly and efficient matter. We serve many different countries so your patience and flexibility to understand each customer’s different cultural background is a must.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle customers' questions and concerns by phone and email with speed and professionalism
- Play an essential role in finding the right solution for the customer
- Find ways to make our services more convenient for customers
- Conduct daily follow-up with previously unresolved customer requests
- Build a family-like relationship with customers and vendors
- Be a brand ambassador and make a positive first impression to all customers
- Help us define and implement top notch customer service policies
- Solve complex problems with different software tools
- Have fun while working hard with a goal-oriented team
Our ideal candidate has:
- Fluency in English (required); other languages are a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to listen, understand and find a solution to complex customer requests
- The desire to talk to customers on a daily basis
- Strong analytical and computer skills
- A flexible work schedule
- International experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with CRM software (preferred)
