Client Success Global Team Lead
We, at Flywire, are looking to hire a Client Success Global Team Lead. This individual will support our Sales and Relationship Management teams by streamlining the support processes across the globe and working very closely with Customer Support and Operations. Candidates should have strong client management, training, and project management skills.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure team has appropriate training and other resources to successfully perform their jobs
- Provide continual evaluation of processes and procedures. Responsible for suggesting methods to improve area operations, efficiency, and service to both internal teams and external customers
- Deliver statistical and performance feedback and coaching on a regular basis to each team member
- Handle escalated client questions/issues
- Develop proactive campaigns among all support teams to drive and uncover more revenue opportunities
- Create customized payment portals and assist in the onboarding of new clients
- Collaborate with Product to brainstorm ideas to innovate and improve our solution and current processes
Our ideal candidate has:
- BA/BS in business, communications or related field
- 2+ years of experience in account management, customer service, or sales
- Strong leadership and problem solving abilities
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and planning skills
- Proficiency in presenting and training
