Our Opportunity:

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Engineer II at our facility in Boston, MA to surface deep insights hidden in data lakes and provide tactical and strategic guidance on how to act on findings.

What You’ll Do: 

• Help with building data visualizations and automating data pipelines to enable seamless reporting of business metrics.
• Help with building basic data science models, Lifecycle Segments, Value Segments, Likelihood Models etc.
• Help with incrementality and the value-creation in everything you do, you will closely work with the stakeholders within product.
• Transform their ideas, preliminary findings, or analyses, whenever applicable, into set of features to guide your machine models.
• Guide the teams with the design of experiments, measurement, analyses, recommendations, or all.
• Responsible for making recommendations for experimentation and measurement by researching state-of-art methods, examining, and tuning the current methods with simulations.
• Work with the data engineering teams to develop automated pipelines for reporting and model building.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field and 3 years of experience required.
• Will also accept a Master’s degree and 1 year of experience.
• Full term of experience must include: data visualization, ecommerce or retail analytics, basic data science models;
• SQL;
• Advanced Excel;
• AWS;
• A/B Testing Experimentation;
• Data warehouse such as Vertica, Snowflake, Hive; and
• Tableau.
