THE ROLE:

We’re looking for…

An Associate Project Manager to assist in ensuring that all incoming creative projects are assigned and produced.

What you’ll accomplish…

  • Communicate detailed resource assignments, project plans and status updates in a timely and effective manner
  • Keep Project Manager apprised of project scope and/or timeline concerns for proactive resolution and avoidance of potential issues
  • Keep abreast of all projects in process, resource assignments, and timelines
  • Keep self and others organized while prioritizing projects and processes
  • Leverage understanding of creative process and roles to build effective project plans, resource assignments while meeting business requirements
  • Identify and communicate to Creative leadership and/or business partners gaps in Creative resource pool to ensure appropriate staffing levels for all Creative functions
  • Drive to ensure existing Creative and Brand Ops processes are followed and identify opportunities for improvements
  • Work with Project Manager and other appropriate teams to ensure resolution to common workflow issues
  • Maintain and contribute to a friendly, relaxed environment for effective team dynamics

  • Work with Creative Leadership to provide appropriate insights to Creative team members growth and development opportunities
  • Be an integral part of a dynamic and dedicated Creative team
  • Provide real-time sales support through management of creative asset production

THE RIGHT FIT:
You have…

  • A Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1-3 years experience in a project management, e-commerce, production or merchandising role
  • Proficiencies in MS Office Suite, including Word & Excel, Google Docs
  • Strong collaboration, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organizational, detail-oriented, project management skills and can handle multiple projects within a fast-paced environment
