How do you empower your team to be more creative?

It is important to me to ensure our team has the tools and resources needed, but not micromanage how they use them. This allows each person to assume responsibility and be creative with their own process. We also prioritize brainstorming in meetings, recognizing creative approaches, and connecting with others outside of our team for inspiration!
