THE ROLE:

We’re looking for…

The Administrative Assistant will play a central role in partnering with the Executive Assistant to keep business operations and activities on track for members of our Executive Team. Candidates must have exceptional communications skills, be flexible yet thorough and possess the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while working productively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What you’ll accomplish…

  • Acts as a liaison, problem solver, and facilitator as a point of contact for members of our Executive Team
  • Administrative tasks include managing complex schedule, calendar, heavy phone volume and email; making travel arrangements; submitting and tracking internal requests; coordinating meetings and group events; proofreading documents; and participating in key projects
  • Assist with preparation of presentations, correspondence and memos
  • Act as liaison with other departments and outside agencies, including senior-level management and board members
  • Handling of confidential and non-routine information
  • Office Management including vendor negotiation
  • General support to various ad-hoc projects as needed

  • Participate in the planning of company wide and philanthropic events
  • Interact with all departments and levels within a company, as well as outside investors

THE RIGHT FIT:
You have…

  • BA or BS degree
  • 2+ years’ experience in an Administrative Assistant type role
  • Proven mastery of MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments and deadlines with accuracy and pride of ownership
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, including prioritization and follow-through
  • Experience maintaining a high level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Flexibility during times of transition and change
