Directs the company’s business systems, operations technology, automation standards, email deliverability, unified reporting, and AI enablement programs. Leads the Business Operations and AI Enablement teams, audits and improves Airtable and automation environments, manages vendors and IT helpdesk functions, partners with Engineering on data infrastructure, and drives cross-functional process improvements and technology adoption.

Owns the company’s business systems, automation standards, data layer, email deliverability, and AI enablement strategy. Leads Business Operations, including IT helpdesk, Airtable maintenance, vendor management, and process documentation. Audits and improves internal tools, reduces process inefficiencies, supports unified reporting across business systems, and manages cross-functional deployment of AI automations and agents.

Participate in a remote, paid interview about technology operations and strategic decision-making. Discuss how your organization manages complex technology environments, evaluates technology investments, balances daily operations with long-term strategy, and navigates internal workflows and solution criteria. Applicants should be current IT or business managers at mid-to-large organizations with direct involvement in technology operations or technical strategy.

Own the product operations operating model from launch through scale. Build SOPs, exception taxonomies, escalation paths, metrics, and operational workflows; work directly in customer operations to identify failure patterns and automation opportunities; investigate unproductized processes; and translate operational insights into product and engineering priorities.

Own centralized workforce forecasting, capacity planning, headcount strategy, and cost optimization across multiple lines of business. Model trade-offs involving FTEs, BPO, overtime, productivity, and shrinkage; analyze demand changes; identify capacity risks; and translate findings into executive recommendations. Partner with Finance, Product, and Operations to govern assumptions, investigate plan variances, standardize planning frameworks, and support strategic staffing decisions.

Conduct high-impact strategic analysis and special projects for company leadership. Responsibilities include researching new markets, building models and plans, synthesizing fragmented company information, analyzing raw data, validating conclusions, writing for audiences, and using AI systems to develop tools and solutions.
