Provide remote administrative and data-entry support: maintain and verify spreadsheets and records, organize files, assist with inbox follow-ups, and prepare information for internal reporting.

The People Operations Associate will coordinate interview scheduling, support recruiting operations, maintain accurate People data, assist onboarding, and manage day-to-day operations across People Ops.

Train and perform recruitment tasks for US and Indian roles: understand requirements, source candidates, screen applicants, and support hiring. Remote, part-time (20–40 hrs/week), paid per project closure with training and bonuses.

Short-term remote contract to support UAT for SAP HR with UK payroll focus. Mainly resolving issues during testing. Full-time engagement expected for 2-3 weeks.
