Lead change-management for PracticeHub initiatives: design and execute change strategies, impact and readiness assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, launch support, and stabilization. Manage integrated change plans, governance, risks, and cross-functional dependencies. Measure adoption and translate data into improvements, build reusable playbooks, and partner with Product, Operations, Engineering, Analytics, and leadership to ensure successful adoption and sustained outcomes.

Serve as the business product owner for Salesforce and Sales Operations workflows for PracticeHub. Own roadmap, intake/prioritization, requirements, UAT, releases, data governance, adoption, issue management, and stakeholder communication. Partner with Engineering, Product, Sales, Analytics, and external Salesforce reps to deliver scalable CRM solutions, measure outcomes, and drive operational efficiency.

Lead strategy and execution for Chewy Partner Hub enablement: design onboarding, training, help content, SOPs, and AI-enabled support. Build scalable programs, measure effectiveness with data, reduce user friction, and partner cross-functionally to drive adoption and continuous improvement.
