Provides white-glove technical support to executives and board members across AV systems, video conferencing, Google Workspace, macOS, Windows, and mobile endpoints. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, device provisioning, MDM administration, onboarding and offboarding, executive event support, documentation, trend analysis, and mentoring. The role requires high discretion, urgency, strong communication, and expertise with Zoom, Google Meet, Jamf or Intune, Crestron or Extron, and ITSM tools.
