Analyze marketplace performance data across availability, pricing, content quality, advertising, competitors, and categories. Integrate third-party APIs into APEX, structure and validate datasets, test agent outputs, translate commercial questions into actionable data, and maintain reporting. The role includes participation in agile sprints, collaboration with engineering, sales, marketing, and regional teams, and presenting findings to stakeholders.

Analyze customer data and build production-grade data models, dashboards, data products, and self-service analytics capabilities. Automate manual workflows, translate stakeholder needs into scalable solutions, and experiment with generative AI, conversational analytics, and AI-assisted coding tools. The role requires strong SQL, data visualization, analytical problem-solving, business judgment, communication, and collaboration skills. This is a hybrid position requiring three days onsite weekly in Framingham.
