As a Business Technology Solutions Associate Consultant, you'll develop and implement tech solutions, lead project teams, mentor junior members, and manage project delivery in the life sciences sector.

Own pipeline, install base, churn, demo-to-close, and launch analytics; identify and fix Salesforce/process gaps; create prospecting and churn-risk signals; write production-grade SQL on Snowflake and productionize assets in dbt; and maintain dashboards in Looker, Omni, and Salesforce CRM Analytics to drive measurable go-to-market execution.

Partner with Finance, Accounting, and Revenue Operations to design and deliver Power BI analytics, semantic models, and decision support for forecasting, close, revenue, and spend analysis. Translate finance concepts into metrics, reconcile data across systems, collaborate with data engineering, and apply AI-assisted tools to automate and scale finance analytics for executives and business partners.

Support Commercial and Supply Chain with analytics and reporting: design and automate reports, build dashboards, perform complex correlation and predictive analyses, ensure data integrity across stakeholders, lead requirements and data flow design, and present actionable insights to leadership.

Provide advanced analytical support to Enterprise Procurement by synthesizing large datasets, developing dashboards, and delivering insights to influence procurement strategy. Lead project workstreams, present recommendations to stakeholders, maintain reporting infrastructure, collaborate with data providers and business partners, and mentor teammates. Evaluate tools, processes, and apply AI/GenAI and automation to drive expense-saving opportunities and operational efficiency.
