The Sales Revenue Analyst will manage commission processes, analyze compensation results, and partner with various departments to optimize sales performance.

Support Business Banking with analytics, reporting, dashboards, and automation to drive deposit acquisition, onboarding, funded balance growth, and retention. Produce forecasting and pipeline reporting, provide deposit strategy and profitability insights, enable go-to-market and campaign analysis, and standardize onboarding and data processes to improve efficiency and data quality.

Lead underwriting performance analysis by developing metrics, reports, and dashboards. Translate financial, capacity, and operational data into insights, identify performance drivers and class/segment issues, and present recommendations to stakeholders to improve underwriting results.

Perform category analytics and insights to support sales and CPG category management using retailer POS and syndicated data (Circana/IRI/NielsenIQ). Drive assortment planning, store clustering, presentations, and recommendations; partner with clients, Space Technology, and CPG teams to influence action and ensure quality deliverables.

Analyze CPG and syndicated POS data to support category reviews, new item launches, trade planning, promotional analysis, and assortment/shelving strategies. Build dashboards and scorecards, ensure data quality, collaborate with business managers, and deliver actionable insights aligned to client KPIs.
