Lead day-to-day execution and continuous improvement of global mobility and immigration programs across Americas, EMEA, and APAC. Serve as subject-matter expert for U.S. and Canadian employment-based immigration, manage visa sponsorships, renewals, and case portfolios, partner with HR, Legal, Compensation, Payroll, Finance and external counsel, develop policies and compliance frameworks, leverage AI/automation to optimize processes, analyze program metrics, and manage vendor relationships to deliver scalable, compliant, and employee-focused mobility solutions.

Lead People Experience Operations across the Americas, define and operationalize a scalable global operating model, own Oracle HCM Cloud business processes and UAT, champion AI-enabled automation, ensure workforce data integrity and governance, partner cross-functionally to streamline employee lifecycle processes, and build and develop a high-performing People Experience Operations team.

Own global compensation cycle administration, system configuration, benchmarking, job architecture, salary structures, pay reporting, equity support, and compensation analysis across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. Partner with HR, recruiting, payroll, legal, finance, and managers on offers, promotions, pay equity, and transparency requirements. Improve compensation operations through AI and automation, maintain data integrity, and deliver training and communications on compensation programs.
