Own end-to-end analytics for Chewy's Pharmacy and related businesses: deliver deep-dive analyses, build self-service dashboards and KPIs, partner with finance and engineering to enable new data sources, conduct QA/UAT, and produce documentation and training to drive customer experience and financial outcomes.

Lead design and implementation of data architecture, ETL/ELT pipelines, data models, warehouses and lakes. Ensure data governance, security, cloud deployments, performance and cost optimization. Coach and manage team members, partner with stakeholders, and drive data-driven solutions for clients.
