Remote: This position does not require an employee to be on-site full-time to perform most effectively. The employee's role enables them to work off-site on a permanent basis. This position requires an employee to cover territory visits to dealerships in a reoccurring frequency.

Additional Description
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years of combined, progressive experience across field sales, marketing, or dealer operations, with demonstrated success in driving performance and leading cross-functional initiatives
- Dealer contact experience (OEM preferred)
- Strong relationship management and influential communication skills
- Strategic thinker with a knack for creative problem-solving
- Comfortable navigating conflict and performance gaps with diplomacy
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and delegate effectively
- Experience leading a sales team preferred
- Willingness to travel extensively (~80%) within the assigned zone
