The Brand Content Specialist will serve as a key contributor to Zipp's digital communications strategy, driving rider-focused content that brings the brand to life across social media, email, web, and digital advertising. Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain daily digital communications for the Zipp brand.
- Plan, create, and publish content across social media platforms and digital communities.
- Write compelling, brand-aligned copy for social media, email, and other digital channels.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including content creation, optimization, and performance tracking.
- Create and update web content to support athlete stories, product launches, and industry partnerships.
- Organize and repurpose photo and video assets for ongoing brand use.
- Support paid social campaigns, including comment moderation and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with SRAM brands, athletes, and event teams to develop integrated content.
- Travel to events to manage live social media and create on-site content.
- Contribute to broader marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field-or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Deep understanding of road cycling culture.
- Proven copywriting and social media expertise.
- Ability to travel up to 20%, including weekends.
- Flexibility to work non-standard hours and attend events.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, ride a bike for content creation, and lift up to 50 lbs.
