Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain daily digital communications for the Zipp brand.
  • Plan, create, and publish content across social media platforms and digital communities.
  • Write compelling, brand-aligned copy for social media, email, and other digital channels.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including content creation, optimization, and performance tracking.
  • Create and update web content to support athlete stories, product launches, and industry partnerships.
  • Organize and repurpose photo and video assets for ongoing brand use.
  • Support paid social campaigns, including comment moderation and performance monitoring.
  • Collaborate with SRAM brands, athletes, and event teams to develop integrated content.
  • Travel to events to manage live social media and create on-site content.
  • Contribute to broader marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field-or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of road cycling culture.
  • Proven copywriting and social media expertise.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%, including weekends.
  • Flexibility to work non-standard hours and attend events.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, ride a bike for content creation, and lift up to 50 lbs.
