This position will be a traditional work arrangement, which translates to 5 days per week in the office.

The Workplace Services Assistant is the face of our workplace experience, helping to build an environment where our employees and visitors feel encouraged, supported and motivated.

This role blends hospitality, operations, and community support to ensure our office is not just a great place to work, but a place where people learn and grow.

The ideal candidate is someone who is:
  • A people person who enjoys helping others and building relationships
  • Able to balance multiple priorities with ease and has strong organizational skills
  • Diligent, proactive, and takes pride in keeping things running efficiently
  • Tech-comfortable and willing to learn new workplace tools
What you will do:
  • Greet and assist employees, guests, and clients with a high level of professionalism and customer service.
  • Partner with Facilities and building management for cleaning and building maintenance requests.
  • Provide administrative support such as expense reporting, vendor coordination and invoice processing.
  • Help onboard new employees with workspace set up and workspace orientation.
  • Assist with Health, Safety, and Security procedures including visitor management and emergency protocols.
  • Assist with workplace events and programs that bring our community together and strengthen culture.
  • And other responsibilities as required
What you bring:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-first attitude
  • Organization and an ability to lead multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • A professional demeanor and strong attention to detail
  • Experience in a client-facing role with an emphasis on hospitality services

Education Preferred
  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience
Experience
  • 1-3 Years experience in a customer-service capacity preferred
