As our Workplace Experience Specialist, you'll create an environment where every detail matters—from ensuring seamless daily operations to orchestrating meaningful moments that unite our community. You'll bring to life an exceptional workplace experience, anticipating needs before they arise and creating an atmosphere where team members can produce their best work.

 Primary Duties:
  • Maintain an impeccably organized, clean, and fully functional office environment that supports various work styles and needs
  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including vendor relationships, maintenance requests, and facility-related issues with proactive attention to detail
  • Create and execute engaging programming that fosters community building, cross-team collaboration, and cultural connection
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all workplace needs, providing exceptional service and support to employees and visitors
  • Coordinate office events, meetings, and activities that align with company goals and enhance workplace culture
  • Manage conference room bookings and support technology needs in partnership with IT for hybrid meetings and presentations
  • Implement and maintain workplace safety protocols, including emergency procedures, first aid resources, and security measures
  • Act as the primary liaison with building management and property operators to address facilities issues, coordinate maintenance, and ensure compliance with building regulations
  • Own and manage the office budget, including processing invoices, tracking expenses, monitoring spending against forecasts, and identifying cost optimization opportunities
  • Partner with leadership to develop and maintain effective desk allocation and neighborhood assignment strategies that support team dynamics and organizational goals
  • Support onsite departmental programming by coordinating resources and space management to ensure seamless execution while minimizing disruption to daily operations
  • Play a pivotal role in office set-up projects and relocations, including space planning, vendor coordination, and ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
  • Welcome visitors and new employees, creating memorable first impressions that reflect ZoomInfo's values
  • Identify opportunities to continuously improve the workplace experience through employee feedback and workplace trends
  • Collaborate with facilities, IT, and HR teams to ensure integrated support systems for employees
  • Track and manage workplace-related expenses and budgets efficiently
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
  • 2+ years of experience in workplace management, office coordination, or hospitality roles
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple priorities
  • Creative problem-solving skills and resourcefulness in addressing workplace challenges
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs before they arise
  • Experience planning and executing events that build community and enhance culture
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of workplace safety regulations and procedures
  • Customer service orientation with a genuine desire to help others
  • Self-motivation with the ability to work independently while supporting team goals
  • Willingness to roll up sleeves and tackle hands-on responsibilities—embodying a "no task is too small" attitude that inspires others
  • Ability to work in the grey, navigating ambiguity with confidence and turning undefined challenges into opportunities
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience

Below is the US base salary for this position. Additional compensation such as Bonus, Commission, Equity and other benefits may also apply.
