Company Overview

Maven AGI is an enterprise AI platform on a mission to unleash business artificial general intelligence (AGI), starting with customer service. Founded in July 2023 by executives from HubSpot, Google, and Stripe, Maven builds conversational AI agents capable of delivering accurate, autonomous support that delights customers at scale.

Our platform unifies fragmented systems, integrates knowledge and personalization sources, and enables intelligent actions — all without costly system changes. We’re laying the foundation for a future where our technology handles complex tasks, allowing people to focus on what they do best: creative problem-solving, relationship building, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

We’ve started by reimagining the enterprise customer experience with a support use case. We believe that today’s support experience is broken: slow and painful for customers, and expensive and human-capital intensive for companies.

We are building Maven to deliver better, cheaper support for both end users and agents. With recent advancements in Generative AI, it is now possible to deliver delightful customer experiences at a fraction of today’s cost.

Workplace Experience Manager

We’re looking for a Workplace Experience Manager to help build and elevate the in-office experience at Maven AGI. This role sits within our People team and plays a key part in ensuring our office runs smoothly, feels welcoming, and reflects the values that define our culture.

You’ll oversee day-to-day workplace operations while creating an environment where employees feel supported, connected, and excited to come to work. As one of the first people dedicated to these activities, you’ll also have the opportunity to establish the systems and processes that will scale with the company as we grow.

This role is based in Boston and requires regular in-office presence (typically 3–4 days per week, up to 5 when needed).

About the Role

  • Oversee daily operations of our Boston HQ, ensuring the office runs efficiently and employees have what they need to do their best work

  • Manage relationships with building management and key vendors, including catering, cleaning, maintenance, and security

  • Coordinate mail and package handling, including incoming and outgoing deliveries

  • Maintain office organization, including seating arrangements, facilities projects, and general workplace upkeep

  • Track and manage office inventory such as supplies, equipment, and food & beverage

  • Build and improve workplace systems and processes to support scaling operations

  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety, security, and emergency preparedness protocols

  • Manage front-of-house operations, including guest entry, visitor check-ins, and overall office flow

  • Plan and execute team events, celebrations, swag programs, and engagement initiatives across in-office and remote teams

  • Serve as a go-to resource for workplace questions or issues with a thoughtful, service-oriented approach

  • Lead office space selection and leasing for Boston HQ and future locations

About You

  • 1–5 years of workplace experience in a high-growth technology company

  • Passion for creating environments where people feel welcome, supported, and energized

  • Proactive and operationally minded, with the ability to anticipate and solve problems quickly

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Belief in the value of in-person collaboration for building strong teams and culture

  • Interest in using AI tools to improve efficiency across workplace operations

  • Enjoy creating events and experiences that bring people together

  • Natural culture carrier who brings company values to life through everyday interactions

  • Excited to help build and scale the workplace foundation as Maven AGI grows
