About the Role:
We’re looking for a Workplace Manager to help our Austin office run smoothly and feel like home. The Workplace Manager plays a key role in maintaining a welcoming, efficient, and inspiring space—ensuring our workplace supports every team member and guest who walks through the door.
This role combines hospitality, facilities care, and light operational support. You’ll manage the day-to-day upkeep of the space, ensure it’s always vibrant and positive, and provide administrative and logistical help where needed. The ideal candidate is approachable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in making sure every corner of our office reflects our company values.
Key Responsibilities
Creating a Welcoming Environment

  • Keep all shared areas—including kitchens, meeting rooms, and lounges—tidy, well-stocked, and inviting throughout the day.

  • Welcome visitors and team members with warmth and professionalism.

  • Support on-site meetings, events, and gatherings, including setup, catering coordination, and clean-up.

  • Monitor the overall look and feel of the office to ensure it remains reflective of our brand and culture.


Keeping the Office Running Smoothly

  • Oversee daily office operations, acting as the primary point of contact for all facility and workspace needs.

  • Coordinate with external partners and vendors (cleaning, maintenance, catering, supplies, etc.) to maintain consistent service standards.

  • Manage inventory for office supplies, snacks, and beverages, restocking as needed.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries efficiently.

  • Conduct daily walkthroughs to identify and resolve any facilities issues promptly.


Operations

  • Assist with light administrative and operational tasks such as invoice processing, expense tracking, and vendor documentation.

  • Support event logistics, as well as onboarding and offboarding procedures in coordination with People Operations and Executive Assistants.

  • Help implement sustainability, wellness, and safety initiatives across the workplace.

  • Collaborate with the broader Operations team on ad-hoc projects and process improvements.

  • Work with vendors to facilitate employee recognition perks and milestone gifts.


About You

  • 2–4 years of experience in office management, hospitality, facilities, or a similar operational role.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a high attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities—approachable, calm under pressure, and solutions-focused.

  • Adaptable, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Tech-savvy, with hands-on experience using modern workplace tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack) and basic operational management systems.

  • Passionate about creating inclusive, sustainable, and people-first work environments.

Compensation

The base salary for this role is $66,000-$70,000, depending on experience, skills, and role alignment. This role is also eligible for an annual bonus and participation in our long-term incentive program. But compensation is only part of the story.
