Profile Summary:

The Workplace Engagement Growth Planning Leader for Employee Benefits will design, implement, and oversee data-driven, integrated planning processes that enable coordinated revenue expansion across sales, marketing, and underwriting teams. This role is responsible for delivering standardized data sources, repeatable planning frameworks, and established measurement systems that support consistent client expansion strategies and revenue planning. The leader will build and manage a team responsible for executing plans and tracking results and will be accountable for in-force revenue targets set by the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess current data sources across functions and design an integrated data framework for in-force planning to support internal and external insight delivery and customer engagement
  • Establish standardized, integrated planning processes from initial win through expansion execution
  • Execute cross-functional workflows that align sales, relationship management, marketing, and underwriting activities around unified expansion and retention plans
  • Develop and deploy measurement and tracking systems to monitor plan execution and revenue impact
  • Oversee the design and implementation of planning frameworks that connect client expansion opportunities to pricing and revenue goals
  • Lead pilot implementations with internal team members and refine recommendations for people, processes, and investments
  • Establish scalable data governance and process standards across the organization
  • Build and lead a team focused on executing client expansion and retention plans; hire and develop talent within the team

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven success in building and motivating high-performing teams
  • 7+ years of leadership or key contributor experience in business operations, process improvement, or data-driven planning roles
  • Demonstrated experience in data integration and standardization across multiple systems
  • Experience designing and implementing cross-functional business processes
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable plans
  • Strategic financial planning expertise
  • Proven success leading change initiatives across business verticals
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Knowledge of the Employee Benefits business
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills

Compensation Pay Disclosure:

Voya is committed to pay that’s fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities.

The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting.

Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate’s geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

$145,470 - $192,590 USD
