The Workfront Consultant will support and optimize Adobe Workfront through automation, integrations, and system enhancements, focusing on client needs.
About the Role
Blue Acorn iCi is looking for a Workfront Consultant with strong Adobe Workfront Fusion expertise to support an ongoing implementation.
This role will focus on post-implementation support, automation, and integrations, ensuring the Workfront platform is optimized, scalable, and aligned with business needs.
What You'll Do
As a Workfront Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting and optimizing an existing Adobe Workfront environment, with a strong focus on automation and integrations.
You will:
- Design, build, and maintain Workfront Fusion scenarios to automate business processes
- Support and enhance Workfront integrations, particularly with Salesforce
- Configure and optimize Workfront workflows, templates, and project structures
- Troubleshoot and maintain API integrations and data flows
- Provide ongoing platform support and operational improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities
- Support integrations with tools such as Jira and other enterprise platforms
- Ensure system scalability, reliability, and performance
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience with Adobe Workfront
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront Fusion
- Experience building and maintaining system integrations (Salesforce strongly preferred)
- Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, and automation frameworks
- Experience with workflow design and process optimization
- Familiarity with Jira integrations is a plus
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a client-facing, collaborative environment
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting post-implementation / run-and-operate environments
- Knowledge of the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem
- Previous consulting experience in enterprise environments
