As a Workforce Management Specialist, you'll use advanced software, strategic thinking, and proven processes to optimize schedules and align supply with demand. By combining your expertise and passion for both customers and employees, you'll ensure efficient staffing, support business growth, and help create a positive experience for all.
What you'll do as a Workforce Management Specialist

  • Develop and implement weekly associate schedules aligned to forecasted demand patterns.
  • Own and administer recurring shift realignments to align to intraday demand patterns.
  • Identify and address gaps in capacity during weekly meetings with stakeholders, presenting proactive recommendations and mitigation strategies.
  • Provide analytical insights and executive-level communications to support performance metrics and drive value to the business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to consolidate and report on business performance metrics.


What you'll bring

  • At least two (2) years of relevant WFM experience preferred or experience within supporting business units required.
  • Previous experience in conducting standard reporting, analysis and operational support.
  • Knowledge of Workforce Management tools. Experience with Assembled is preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, SQL.
  • Proficiency in Tableau, or similar data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Experience with Zendesk or ServiceNow is a plus.
  • A drive towards continual process improvement.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 65,700.00 USD - 82,200.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
