Berkshire Hathaway Homestate Companies is seeking an experienced workers' compensation defense attorney to join its in-house legal department. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of California workers' compensation law, excellent communication, negotiation, deposition and litigation skills, and recent trial experience.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Law degree (JD or LLM) from an accredited law school.
- Active California State Bar membership.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience defending workers' compensation cases in Northern California.
