Workday Technology Solutions Consultant – Reporting, Data Conversion, and/or Prism Analytics

• Advising key stakeholders through selection, transformation, implementation, and configuration of Workday. Our consultants are hands-on involved in full-scale implementation, project management, change management, requirements and design, process improvement, testing, integration enablement support, overseeing supplier enablement, and best practices

We are seeking an experienced Workday Technology Solutions Consultant – Reporting, Data Conversion, or Prism Analytics to join our team and support the design, implementation, and enhancement of Workday solutions. The ideal candidate will have functional and technical knowledge in at least two of the following Workday areas: Workday Reporting, Data Conversion, or Prism Analytics.

This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple client environments, providing critical support for configuration, analysis, and delivery of high-impact Workday solutions.

You'll have the opportunity to:

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective Workday solutions
• Lead or support the design and delivery of Workday custom reports, data conversion strategies, or Prism data models and dashboards
• Develop and maintain calculated fields, custom reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite), and Prism datasets
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure data integrity and efficient system integration
• Participate in system testing, troubleshooting, and deployment support
• Provide expertise on Workday capabilities and industry best practices

We're looking for someone with:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on Workday experience with demonstrated expertise in at least two of the following areas: Reporting, Data Conversion, or Prism Analytics
• Current Workday certification in at least one relevant area (e.g., Reporting, Prism, or Data) is required
• Experience working with a Workday services partner, leading consulting firm, or Big Four firm is preferred
• Strong understanding of Workday data structures, reporting tools, and integration processes such as EIB
• Proven ability to gather requirements, design, prototype, test, and deploy solutions aligned with client needs
• Experience working in a client-facing role and ability to manage multiple clients or projects concurrently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to lead client conversations and deliver presentations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to think strategically
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Ability to build strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service
• Demonstrated leadership potential, especially for senior-level candidates, including the ability to foster team collaboration and drive excellence
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly through a combination of formal training and self-study
• Strong organizational skills, flexibility, creativity, and a positive, professional attitude—with a sense of humor welcome!
• Must be eligible to work within the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Pay Transparency: The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $160,000 per year. The salary range reflects the target pay range for this role. However, individual compensation will be determined based on several factors when extending an offer of employment, which include, but are not limited to work experience, qualifications, skills and location. Compensation ranges may be modified in the future, at the sole discretion of CrossVue. 

This role is also eligible for a performance-based incentive opportunity.

A Note on Travel: Our approach is different in that we are purposeful in scheduling on-site visits with clients around their unique needs rather than the historic Monday-Thursday travel consulting schedule. Travel for this position will be roughly 10-20%.
