Position Overview:

We’re looking for a collaborative and experienced Workday Senior Analyst to help us elevate our HR technology experience. This role will serve as a subject matter expert across multiple Workday areas, including Core HCM, Recruiting (required), Absence and Time Tracking, Learning, Talent Management, Security, Reporting, and Integrations. The ideal candidate will bring functional knowledge, strong analytical and technical skills, and a collaborative mindset to support and enhance our Workday platform.

Responsibilities:

  • This position focuses on ongoing improvements of Workday in support of HR initiatives while delivering an engaging employee experience.
  • Partner with HR, IT, and Finance teams to support business growth and transformation.
  • Provide Workday subject matter functional expertise for day-to-day support and development including business process configuration, reporting, integrations, testing and other troubleshooting support.
  • Serve as the Workday Recruiting Module subject matter expert, providing configuration, support and strategic guidance.
  • Maintain awareness of Workday future releases / roadmap and the potential impact on current and future Workday functionality.
  • Lead testing and analysis of new Workday features, including release planning, unit testing, user testing, and final sign-off
  • Maintain system documentation, training materials, and best practice guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Workday experience with functional configuration across three or more HCM modules such as Core HCM, Absence and Time-Tracking, Advanced Compensation, Learning, Talent Management, Reporting and Integrations, with at least 2 years focused on Workday Recruiting
  • 5+ years of experience with cross-functional Workday administration including security design and business process management
  • Experience with integrations and advanced/custom reporting
  • Knowledge and experience designing and maintaining cross functional reports and dashboards
  • Knowledge and experience developing and maintaining security policies
  • Experience handling confidential and sensitive information
  • Ability to communicate effectively with business leaders, HR professionals, managers, and employees, regarding Workday functionality and change management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, comfortable adapting to change
