As a Workday HCM Consultant you will:

  • Collaborate with client teams to align business requirements with Workday solutions
  • Participate in design workshops and requirements gathering
  • Advise, configure, test, and execute Workday solutions for clients
  • Navigate projects of varying size, complexity, and interdependency
  • Leverage your expertise to advise clients; be resourceful, simplify where possible, and deliver with confidence

Basic Qualifications

  • Workday HCM configuration or operations experience (Payroll, Time and Absence, Talent, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, etc.)
  • Build strong partnerships and embrace a team-oriented approach to drive collective success
  • Thrive in a fast-paced and engaging environment while delivering to timelines and mitigating risks
  • Must live in the United States and be authorized to work without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

  • Workday consulting experience in either an internal/customer or external/partner role
  • Prior Workday HCM deployment experience as a workstream lead or functional expert
  • Bachelor’s degree

The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $90,000 - $140,000.  Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
