As a Workday HCM Associate Architect in Kainos, you’ll be fully accountable for the quality of how we deliver Workday deployments across your capability or capabilities. You’ll use your expertise to engage directly with customers on implementation projects across methodologies: Launch, Launch Express, and/or Your Way. 

You’ll be key to developing the capability in your area and/or your local region and in developing and mentoring junior talent on projects. As an HCM Lead, you’ll share knowledge and direct thought leadership both internally and externally. 
MINIMUM (ESSENTIAL) REQUIREMENTS: 

  • 5+ years of experience as an HCM Lead for Workday implementations (with focuses on HCM, Core Compensation)
  • Deep knowledge of Workday HCM core modules; experience with additional modules like Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, or Talent is a plus.
  • Manage system configuration, security, and business process design for HCM and Core Compensation 
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Experience with Workday Report Writer, EIBs, calculated fields, and security setup
  •  Exceptional understanding of and experience in Workday delivery methodologies
  • Excellent customer management experience working with stakeholders at all levels in customer organizations with the ability to formally present to client audiences 
  • Able, if required, to travel to customer sites in the same region (minimal out of region travel may also be required) 
  • Ability to work with different functional & technical consultants to understand cross functional dimensions of Workday configuration 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills 

REQUIRED: 

  •  Workday certification in HCM, Core Compensation, and one other specialty with a preference on Advanced Compensation
