Job Title: Workday Financials Functional Support Consultant
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: Long-Term Contract (2+ Years)
Start: ASAP
We are seeking experienced Workday Financials Functional Support Consultants to support a large-scale Workday implementation program. The role will partner closely with UA Finance teams and the implementation partner to deliver end-to-end functional support and ensure a smooth transition to production operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport all phases of the Workday implementation including planning, design, configuration, testing, and deployment
Provide support for integrations, reporting, data conversion, and tenant build validation
Prepare functional documentation, decision papers, and executive-ready presentations
Support UAT, defect resolution, and post–go-live stabilization
Define user support processes and provide best-practice guidance
Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
Strong hands-on experience with Workday Financials
Prior experience in large, complex Workday implementations
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a multi-year transformation program
Workday Certification is a plus
