- Advising key stakeholders through selection, transformation, implementation, and configuration of Workday. Our consultants are hands-on involved in full-scale implementation, project management, change management, requirements and design, process improvement, testing, integration enablement support, overseeing supplier enablement, and best practices
- Contributing beyond client delivery, including, but not limited to recruiting, coaching, marketing, business development, practice development, operational improvement, and beyond

Workday Financial Accounting Lead
CrossVue is a contemporary consulting firm providing the blueprint for modernizing client operations and processes through Workday. We are seeking a skilled and client-focused Workday Financials Consultant – Financial Accounting to support the delivery of full-cycle Workday Financials implementations. This role focuses on financial accounting processes and configurations, playing a critical role in enabling successful deployments and long-term client success.
As a Workday Financial Accounting Lead you’ll have the opportunity to:
Participate in full lifecycle and Phase X implementations of Workday Financials, with a focus on core financial accounting processes.
Support a wide range of implementation activities including requirements gathering, business process mapping, system configuration, testing, data conversion, and end-user training.
Collaborate with clients to analyze and translate business needs into scalable and effective Workday solutions.
Scope, manage, and execute data transformation and migration efforts from legacy ERP systems into Workday.
Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements, operational efficiencies, and cost-saving strategies within client financial operations.
Provide strategic advisory support, ensuring alignment between system design and broader business objectives.
Communicate project status, risks, and insights clearly and professionally to stakeholders.
Contribute to internal practice development by sharing knowledge, mentoring colleagues, and supporting capability growth across the Workday practice.
We’re looking for someone with:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
4+ years of consulting, finance, or ERP implementation experience
Certification in Workday Financials area(s) required
Prior Workday Financials implementation experience strongly preferred
Knowledge of FDM, Financial Accounting, Budgets, Financial Reporting, and Accounting Center
Strong understanding of finance operations including GL, budgeting, procure-to-pay, and fixed assets
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment
Proficiency with business processes including; general ledger, budgeting, data transformation, and financial reporting
Ability to translate business requirements into system requirements
Strong attention to detail with the ability to think from a “big picture” perspective
Pay Transparency: The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $160,000 per year. The salary range reflects the target pay range for this role. However, individual compensation will be determined based on several factors when extending an offer of employment, which include, but are not limited to work experience, qualifications, skills and location. Compensation ranges may be modified in the future, at the sole discretion of CrossVue.

A Note on Travel: Our approach is different in that we are purposeful in scheduling on-site visits with clients around their unique needs rather than the historic Monday-Thursday travel consulting schedule. Travel for this position will be roughly 25%-30% with times up to 50%
