Job Description
The Integration Lead will own the end-to-end design and delivery of integrations built on Workato. This role is responsible for leading requirements discovery, defining integration architecture, documenting source-to-target mappings, and overseeing developers through build, test, and deployment. The Integration Lead serves as the primary technical interface between business stakeholders and the delivery team.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead integration requirements gathering with business and technical stakeholders
- Define integration architecture and patterns using Workato
- Create and maintain Source-to-Target Mapping (STM) documentation
- Translate business processes into event-driven and scheduled integrations
- Establish integration standards, naming conventions, and reusability patterns
- Oversee development, testing, error handling, logging, and deployment
- Review integration designs and code for performance, scalability, and security
- Coordinate with data, security, and application teams
- Support cutover planning and production stabilization
Required Skills
- 5+ years of iPaaS / Integration Architecture experience
- Hands-on expertise with Workato
- Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and middleware patterns
- Proven experience creating Source-to-Target Mappings (STM)
- Deep understanding of authentication (OAuth, API Keys, SFTP)
- Experience integrating Salesforce, ERP, HR, Finance, and Data Warehouse platforms
- Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills
Desired Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on iPaaS development experience
- Strong experience with REST APIs & JSON/XML, Data transformations and mapping, SFTP, webhooks, and scheduled jobs
- Experience building integrations with Salesforce, ERP, HR, and Finance platforms Understanding of integration security and performance optimization

Attain Partners is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Individual hourly rate for this position is unique to each candidate and will be commensurate with experience, education, and skills, ranging from $80 - $100.
