Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • This role will transform Wind into an AI-first organization by building scalable data infrastructure and GenAI capabilities that drive operational excellence, competitive differentiation, and supply chain resilience. The position establishes an integrated data fabric that enables real-time decision-making while elevating enterprise-wide AI fluency. By creating reusable platforms and organizational capabilities, this leader positions Wind for accelerated innovation and growth across GE Vernova.

  • This leader must decompose complex, ambiguous business challenges into actionable data and AI solutions while balancing technical feasibility with business value. They need strong systems thinking to navigate interdependencies across supply chain, manufacturing, and IT, making strategic trade-offs for enterprise-wide impact. Critical is rapidly diagnosing root causes and architecting scalable solutions that address immediate needs while building long-term capability.

  • This leader must understand manufacturing economics, supply chain dynamics, and operational metrics to translate AI investments into quantifiable business outcomes and ROI that resonate with executive stakeholders. They need strategic foresight to anticipate market shifts, competitive pressures, and emerging technologies while aligning data and AI initiatives to Wind's priorities

  • Accountable for leading and developing a team of senior professional leaders and capability of a large global organization. Key member of the Wind transformation and transformation of DT across GE Vernova.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience across Data, Analytics, Digital Technology, Software, or AI, including ownership of an enterprise‑wide data and AI strategy and roadmap in complex, global organizations.

  • Strong software engineering leadership background, with experience building enterprise applications, platforms, and reusable data or AI products
  • Proven experience building, leading, and developing global teams of senior leaders, influencing executive stakeholders, and driving enterprise‑level transformation in a matrixed environment.

  • Experience applying data, analytics, or AI solutions within manufacturing or supply chain environments

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $220,000 and $300,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
