Job Description

ROLE PURPOSE:

This role combines strategic transformation leadership, HR operations excellence, and executive support to drive comprehensive organizational strategy and change across the Wind business segment. The Transformation leader will focus on the organizational initiatives, M&A and business standardization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Transformation Project Leader will be partnering with Wind HR Leader and Senior leaders to design and lead organizational initiatives & other transformation activities including:

Strategic Leadership & Transformation

  • Partner with Wind HR Leader and Senior leaders to develop and execute Business and HR strategies addressing operational, organizational, and cultural challenges
  • Own HR strategy roadmap and implementation timeline
  • Lead significant strategic HR projects and change management initiatives end-to-end
  • Develop and implement organizational footprint strategy, as required by business context and drive execution of the plans

Operations & Process Excellence

  • Champion Lean methodologies to build capabilities, reduce inefficiencies, and maximize performance
  • Partner with workforce, planning and analytics leader to create and execute a strategic workforce plan to support the business transformation
  • Drive partnership, alignment and process improvement with Finance team on budget planning process
  • Support business strategy through data-driven people analytics and forecasting to drive discipline in organizational setups and structural cost reduction  

Executive Support & Coordination (Chief of Staff)

  • Improve and manage HR operating cadence and including HR leadership team meetings (in person and virtual) and all HR events
  • Ensure timeliness and consistency in analytics, presentations, and communications
  • Manage cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Business, HR, Finance, Engineering, or related fields), with strong business and financial acumen
  • Leadership experience, managing and/or directing in complex, dynamic organizations
  • Previous project/transformation experience, global process background
  • Major experience in regional or global enterprise roles within complex, matrixed environments
  • Strong project management skills with matrix organization experience
  • Fluency in Excel, PowerPoint and other automation / visualization tools
  • Proven team player, with ability to work effectively across all functions to drive results and enable growth
  • Strong ability to understand process flows and implications of changes

Desired Characteristics:

  • HR and/or Business experience within GE Vernova and/or the Wind sector
  • Change management skills: ability to influence existing organization and stakeholders to enable change without massive disruption
  • Ability to provide creative and unique solutions to tough business problems

The salary range for this position is $188,000 to $258,000 USD. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s geographic location, experience, education, skill set, and work location. This position is also eligible for variable incentive compensation and equity. Benefits include health and additional benefits. This posting is expected to expire on April 7, 2026

OBJECTIF DU POSTE :

Ce poste combine leadership en transformation stratégique, excellence des opérations RH et support exécutif afin de piloter la stratégie organisationnelle globale et le changement au sein de l’activité Wind. Le/la responsable Transformation se concentrera sur les initiatives organisationnelles, les opérations de fusions-acquisitions (M&A) et la standardisation des activités.

RESPONSABILITÉS CLÉS :

Le/la Responsable de Projet Transformation travaillera en étroite collaboration avec le/la Responsable RH Wind et les dirigeants afin de concevoir et piloter des initiatives organisationnelles et d’autres activités de transformation, notamment :

Leadership stratégique et transformation

  • Collaborer avec le/la Responsable RH Wind et les dirigeants afin de définir et déployer les stratégies Business et RH répondant aux enjeux opérationnels, organisationnels et culturels
  • Définir et piloter la feuille de route de la stratégie RH ainsi que son calendrier de mise en œuvre
  • Piloter de bout en bout des projets stratégiques RH d’envergure et des initiatives de conduite du changement
  • Développer et mettre en œuvre la stratégie d’empreinte organisationnelle en fonction du contexte business, et assurer l’exécution des plans associés

Excellence opérationnelle et des processus

  • Promouvoir les méthodologies Lean afin de développer les capacités, réduire les inefficacités et maximiser la performance
  • Collaborer avec les équipes workforce planning et analytics afin de définir et exécuter un plan stratégique des effectifs en soutien à la transformation de l’entreprise
  • Renforcer la collaboration, l’alignement et l’amélioration des processus avec l’équipe Finance dans le cadre du processus de planification budgétaire
  • Soutenir la stratégie de l’entreprise grâce à l’analyse des données RH et aux prévisions, afin de renforcer la discipline dans les structures organisationnelles et l’optimisation des coûts structurels

Support exécutif et coordination (Chief of Staff)

  • Améliorer et piloter la cadence opérationnelle RH, incluant les réunions de l’équipe de direction RH (en présentiel et en virtuel) ainsi que l’ensemble des événements RH
  • Garantir la qualité, la cohérence et le respect des délais des analyses, présentations et communications
  • Assurer la coordination transverse et l’alignement des parties prenantes

Qualifications requises :

  • Diplôme de niveau Licence ou Master dans une discipline pertinente (ex. : Business, Ressources Humaines, Finance, Ingénierie ou domaine connexe), avec une forte compréhension des enjeux business et financiers
  • Expérience en leadership, gestion et/ou direction dans des environnements complexes et dynamiques
  • Expérience préalable en gestion de projets / transformation, avec une exposition à des processus globaux
  • Minimum de 10 ans d’expérience dans des fonctions à responsabilités croissants
  • Expérience majeure dans des fonctions au sein d’organisations régionales ou mondiales, évoluant dans des environnements complexes et matriciels
  • Excellentes compétences en gestion de projets, avec une expérience en organisation matricielle
  • Maîtrise d’Excel, PowerPoint et d’autres outils d’automatisation / visualization
  • Esprit d’équipe avéré, avec une capacité à collaborer efficacement avec l’ensemble des fonctions pour générer des résultats et soutenir la croissance
  • Forte capacité à comprendre les processus et les impacts des changements

Compétences souhaitées:

  • Expérience RH et/ou business au sein de GE Vernova et/ou du secteur éolien
  • Compétences en conduite du changement : capacité à influencer l’organisation et les parties prenantes afin de mettre en œuvre des transformations sans perturbations majeures
  • Capacité à proposer des solutions créatives et innovantes à des problématiques business complexes
