WHOOP is seeking a WHOOP Live Producer to lead the continued development and expansion of WHOOP’s live broadcast initiatives. This individual will define the vision, strategy, and execution for “WHOOP Live,” which brings WHOOP data to life across global events, live broadcasts, and digital platforms. This role will sit at the intersection of marketing, technology, and sports, showcasing how WHOOP human performance insights enhance storytelling and deepen engagement across athletic and entertainment experiences.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own the execution of WHOOP Live biometric broadcast experiences across global events, livestreams, and digital platforms.
- Identify, develop, negotiate and manage new broadcast integrations, partnerships, and growth opportunities that elevate WHOOP Live within the broader WHOOP marketing strategy alongside the Brand Media and Sports & Talent Marketing teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key technical partners and third-party agencies, ensuring alignment across creative, technical, and operational execution.
- Manage on-air integrations, commentator onboarding and seeding, production crews, and technology vendors to ensure seamless, high-quality execution.
- Collaborate with broadcast production partners to shape and deliver compelling data narratives that support the WHOOP Live analytics strategy, connecting biometric insights to audience storytelling.
- Oversee creative ideation and production of live graphics, storytelling, and real-time data visualization strategies for broadcast, production, and social channels.
- Serve as the primary liaison between marketing, hardware, and software teams to align WHOOP Live product strategy with company-wide brand and product objectives.
- Partner with the Sports & Talent (S+T) team on athlete onboarding, data integrations, and WHOOP Live storytelling opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with WHOOP marketing systems and processes (e.g., monday.com, Trello) to maintain consistent project management standards and visibility.
- Work closely with the Analytics team to critically analyze and report on the performance impact of WHOOP Live, providing insights to optimize future initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 6–8+ years of experience in live broadcast production, experiential marketing, sports media, or related fields, with increasing ownership over complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
- Proven experience leading live or real-time broadcast productions across global events, livestreams, or digital platforms, ideally within sports, entertainment, or performance-driven environments.
- Strong track record of developing and managing broadcast integrations, partnerships, and vendor relationships, including contract negotiation and long-term growth opportunities.
- Deep understanding of live production workflows, on-air integrations, graphics packages, data visualization, and real-time storytelling for broadcast and social platforms.
- Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, creative, product, engineering, analytics, and external partners to deliver cohesive, high-quality live experiences.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data or technical concepts into compelling, audience-friendly narratives that enhance storytelling and engagement.
- Hands-on experience managing production crews, technical vendors, agencies, commentators, and on-air talent in fast-paced, high-pressure live environments.
- Strong strategic mindset paired with operational excellence — comfortable setting vision and direction while also owning execution down to the details.
- Exceptional communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to serve as a central point of coordination across internal teams and external partners.
- Experience analyzing performance metrics and leveraging insights to inform iteration, optimization, and future programming decisions.
- High level of comfort with project management tools and workflows (e.g., monday.com, Trello, or similar systems).
- Passion for sports, human performance, and technology, with a strong point of view on how data can elevate live storytelling.
- Willingness and ability to travel 25–50% of the time to support global WHOOP Live events. Anticipated events could include: 7-10 PGA TOUR Events, 5-7 mountain bike events, and 3-5 TBD Others
This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA. The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office.

At WHOOP, we view total compensation as the combination of base salary, equity, and benefits, with equity serving as a key differentiator that aligns our employees with the long-term success of the company and allows every member of our corporate team to own part of WHOOP and share in the company’s long-term growth and success.
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $100,000 - $150,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within each range, individual pay is based on factors such as job-related skills, experience, performance, and relevant education or training.
In addition to the base salary, the successful candidate will also receive benefits and a generous equity package.
These ranges may be modified in the future to reflect evolving market conditions and organizational needs. While most offers will typically fall toward the starting point of the range, total compensation will depend on the candidate’s specific qualifications, expertise, and alignment with the role’s requirements.
