Werkstudenten (m/w/d)für den Bereich Human Ressources

 

in einem Umfang von ca. 15 Wochenstunden mit flexibler Arbeitszeitgestaltung.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung im operativen Tagesgeschäft unserer Personalabteilung – von A wie Arbeitsbescheinigung bis Z wie Zeiterfassungssystem
  • Eigenständige Übernahme individuell definierter HR-Projekte
  • Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung der HR-Prozesse

Dein Profil:

  • Studium der Wirtschafts-, Sozial-, Rechtswissenschaften, Psychologie oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang mit dem Schwerpunkt Personal
  • strukturierter und sorgfältigen Arbeitsstil, gepaart mit Zuverlässigkeit
  • gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office
  • Diskretion und Loyalität sind für dich selbstverständlich
