Deine Aufgaben

• SAP (Erstellen von Bestellungen, etc.)
• Lieferantenregistrierung (Pry-Source, Exiger)
• Bearbeitung von Rechnungsabläufen (Lucystar, ServiceNow)
• Anfordern von Angeboten bei Lieferanten
• Erstellen von Angebotsvergleichen
• Unterstützung bei der Lieferantenbewertung
• Unterstützung im Reporting
• Unterstützung bei Einkaufsprojekten
• Arbeiten in MS-Office-Anwendungen

Dein Profil

• Fortgeschrittene Deutsch- & Englischkenntnisse
• Solide Kenntnisse in MS Office
• Solide Kenntnisse in SAP MM
• idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Einkauf, Logistik, Supply Chain oder ähnlichem

We are looking for a working student to support our team at one of our German locations as soon as possible.

Your tasks

• SAP (creation of purchase orders, etc.)
• Supplier registration (Pry-Source, Exiger)
• Processing of invoice processes (Lucystar, ServiceNow)
• Requesting offers from suppliers
• Creating offer comparisons
• Support with supplier evaluation
• Support in reporting
• Support with purchasing projects
• Working in MS Office applications

Your profile

• Good knowledge of German & English
• Solid knowledge of MS Office
• Solid knowledge of SAP MM
• Ideally initial experience in purchasing, logistics, supply chain or similar
