Job Responsibilities:

  • Repair robot welds as needed
  • In Line Inspection
  • Leak Testing
  • Documentation Repair welds
  • Fast Response in case of systematic welding defects
  • Camera-Offset
  • Riveting
  • Backup for operators
  • Assess welds to ensure cleanliness and within designated specifications of customer requirements.
  • Reads and follows all work instructions and standard operating procedures.


Requirements:

  • Graduation from related trade school or high school diploma or general education degree (GED) and at least 1-3 years of related experience or combination of education and experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience TIG welding. Experience with aluminum strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge and ability to assess metal structures to identify and initaiate repair of damaged welds.
  • Ability to measure close tolerances (Metric & Imperial)
  • Knowledge and ability to use small tools, operate air/hand tools, welders, grinder and buffing machines
