We are expanding our content operations and seeking an experienced Website Content Manager to help elevate our brand voice, website experience, and SEO performance.
Position SummaryWe are looking for a highly skilled Website Content Manager who will oversee all aspects of content creation, optimization, and publishing across our website and landing pages.
The ideal candidate is a strong writer, SEO strategist, and content organizer who can manage content production workflows, maintain brand consistency, and collaborate with designers, developers, and marketers to deliver high-impact digital content.
You will also supervise a team of writers and translators, ensuring all multilingual website pages maintain quality, accuracy, and alignment with marketing goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & OptimizationWrite, edit, and manage website pages, product descriptions, landing pages, and blog content.
Ensure all content is optimized for SEO, readability, and conversion.
Maintain consistent brand tone and messaging across all web properties.
Optimize outdated content, update technical information, and revise pages based on new features, pricing, or company changes.
Manage the structure, layout, and organization of website content.
Collaborate with designers and developers to build new pages and improve UI/UX.
Ensure all content meets quality standards before publishing.
Conduct ongoing audits to identify gaps, outdated sections, and opportunities for improvement.
Develop content calendars aligned with marketing goals and product launches.
Collaborate with the SEO team to create content that drives traffic and rankings.
Coordinate with product, marketing, and technical teams to gather accurate information.
Manage a content team including writers, translators, and freelancers.
Assign tasks, review outputs, and ensure timely delivery.
Train team members on content guidelines, SEO rules, and brand tone.
Ensure all pages meet on-page SEO best practices.
Collaborate with SEO specialists on keyword planning and content optimization.
Monitor content performance using analytics tools and make data-driven improvements.
3–5+ years of professional experience in website content management, digital content creation, or SEO writing.
Experience working in SaaS, hosting, or technology industries (strong plus).
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or related field.
Excellent writing and editing skills with flawless grammar.
Strong understanding of on-page SEO, keyword research, and content optimization.
Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, custom CMS systems, or similar).
Ability to structure and organize website content effectively.
Strong understanding of UX writing principles.
Ability to analyze content performance and interpret SEO/traffic data.
Experience collaborating with designers and developers.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
Exceptional English communication skills.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and brand consistency.
Excellent project management and time-management capabilities.
Ability to lead and mentor a small content team.
Experience with hosting or cloud technology companies.
Familiarity with HTML basics and page-building tools.
Experience working with translation workflows for multilingual websites.
Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush).
Experience optimizing product pages for conversion and SEO.
Strong understanding of digital funnels and customer journey mapping.
