Testing, Analytics, and Optimization

  • Partner with our data and analytics team to set up meaningful tracking, reporting, and insights.

  • Design and implement A/B tests, multivariate tests, and UX experiments to inform ongoing site improvements.

  • Use insights to help refine copy, design, layout, user funnels, and interactions to support better engagement and conversion.

Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years of professional Webflow experience, including hands-on ownership of production Webflow sites.

  • Proficiency with HTML, CSS, and Webflow's visual development ecosystem; familiarity with JavaScript preferred.

  • Experience with technical and on-page SEO, including structured data, sitemaps, page optimization, and search intent.

  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
