You will craft compelling digital experiences that shepherd customers through every stage of their journey, from acquisition to conversion. Here, data is a tool to augment and test, but you will be here to think, strategize, and create. You'll leverage technology to accelerate execution while owning the creative and strategic vision.
What you'll do:
- Design and iterate on modules, pages, and landing pages with a focus on conversion and performance.
- Produce high-velocity test designs (2–3 A/B test variants per week, 5–10 landing page variants per month).
- Develop and evolve component libraries, ensuring consistency and scalability.
- Partner with developers on implementation, QA, and accessibility compliance.
- Encourage accountability across development teams to ensure design system integrity is maintained.
- Collaborate with analytics, growth, and marketing teams to design experiments and conversion-focused experiences.
- Support performance optimization efforts (responsive design, load times, image compression).
- Move fast, adapt workflows, and help shape scalable processes as the pod expands.

Essential experience
- 7+ years of UI/web design experience with a strong portfolio of conversion-focused work.
- Proven success in high-velocity experimentation environments.
- Experience in growth marketing and CRO-focused design.
- Strong collaboration with front-end developers and cross-functional teams.
- Deep proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and performance optimization principles.
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and tools.
Nice to have
- Experience with Webflow (or similar platforms).
- An understanding of animation spec or use of tools like Rive or Lotte.
- Tech industry experience, especially in SaaS, B2B, or fintech contexts.
- Knowledge of analytics tools used in CRO testing.
