About the Role:
Fetch is hiring a Web Production Manager to own end-to-end production on Fetch.com and serve as a key contributor to the next chapter of our web ecosystem. Reporting to the Organic Marketing Lead, this individual contributor role manages day-to-day publishing across Growth Marketing, Brand, B2B, Careers, and Partnerships. This role will partner closely with Engineering to ensure the website meets business objectives, supports campaign efforts, adheres to SEO and WCAG compliance, and delivers a seamless user experience aligned with Fetch’s brand standards.
This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US offices or remotely in the United States.
Role Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end web production for Fetch.com including; intake, scoping, execution, QA, and publishing across landing pages, blog content, campaigns, and cross-functional requests from Brand, B2B, Careers, and Partnerships.
- Serve as a heavy contributor on any CMS consolidation or replatforming efforts.
- Build and run the operating model for web requests across Marketing, B2B, Careers, and Partnerships; defining intake, prioritization, SLAs, and handoffs between Marketing and Engineering.
- Partner with Organic Marketing to scale a high-volume publishing operation leveraging AI-based systems like AirOps.
- Build, maintain, and document reusable components, templates, and publishing standards in our CMS to support velocity, consistency, and brand fidelity at scale.
- Conduct comprehensive QA on every page launch; schema validation, WCAG accessibility, cross-device rendering, and conversion-critical functionality.
- Provide training, enablement, and documentation for marketers and cross-functional partners using the CMS, ensuring publishing standards hold as the team scales.
- Influence the 12–24 month web roadmap, surfacing platform investments needed to support Growth Marketing, Brand, and B2B objectives.
- Partner with Growth Marketing to ensure templates support experimentation, and personalization over time.
Minimum Requirements:
- 5+ years in web production, web platform management, or technical web marketing
- Hands-on expertise with headless CMS systems (Strapi, Contentful, Storyblok, Sanity, or equivalent) and traditional CMS systems (WordPress, Drupal, or equivalent).
- Experience contributing to a CMS migration or replatform; content modeling, migration tooling, QA, and cutover.
- Strong technical SEO foundation; structured data, schema, metadata, internal linking, and indexing best practices.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; comfortable in browser dev tools and debugging publishing or rendering issues independently.
- Solid command of Core Web Vitals, page speed, and web performance fundamentals.
- Experience partnering directly with Engineering; writing PRDs, defining acceptance criteria, scoping work, and shipping in sprints.
- An operating instinct for managing many concurrent requests across stakeholders with different priorities and timelines.
- Familiarity with GA4 and at least one experimentation platform.
- Working knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and how to QA against them.
- Excellent communication skills; translating technical detail for non-technical marketing partners, and translating marketing intent into engineering requirements.
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience at a mobile-first or app-first company where web is a top-of-funnel acquisition channel rather than the primary product surface.
- Hands-on experience with SvelteKit, Next.js, or similar modern frontend frameworks.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted content production tools and workflows.
- Familiarity with multilingual sites
- Experience standing up or scaling a web production function from a contractor-led or single-contributor model.
Compensation:
