***This is a contract position through the end of May***Why this role?

We are looking for a detail-oriented Web Content Producer to join our Global Marketing Team as a contractor through the end of May. You will be the primary engine behind our website’s growth, serving as the vital link between creative strategy and technical execution.

You’ll join a collaborative "one-team" environment, working alongside Web Engineers and SEO Managers to turn complex requests into high-quality, live web pages. This is an impactful opportunity to manage the content lifecycle in a fast-paced, headless CMS environment and ensure our digital presence is performance-optimized and brand-aligned.

What You’ll Do:
  • Build and Launch: Assemble and update new pages within Contentful using our internal library of design system components.

  • Workflow Management: Own the content lifecycle by managing and prioritizing tickets via Jira, ensuring all publishing requests are accurate and on schedule.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with engineers and designers to translate wireframes and copy documents into functional web experiences.

  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough staging reviews of all new pages to ensure responsive design integrity and functional links across all devices.

  • Asset Optimization: Organize and optimize images and media for web delivery using Cloudinary before uploading to the CMS.

  • System Maintenance: Proactively identify content-related bugs or component limitations and escalate technical issues to the engineering team.

  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor website performance and suggest optimizations to increase engagement and conversion KPIs.

What You Bring:
  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in web content management, digital production, or a similar role.

  • CMS Expertise: Deep familiarity with headless CMS platforms, with specific, hands-on experience in Contentful.

  • Jira Proficiency: Experience working in an agile environment and managing high volumes of tasks through ticketing systems.

  • Technical Literacy: A foundational understanding of HTML and CSS to troubleshoot layout issues and understand component behavior.

  • Precision: An "eagle eye" for typos and alignment issues; you believe "pixel-perfect" is the only standard.

  • Communication: Ability to bridge the gap between technical developers and non-technical stakeholders regarding constraints and timelines.

It’d Be Awesome If You Also…
  • Have a basic understanding of how web frameworks like Next.js render content.

  • Are a fast learner who thrives on shipping content iteratively to meet tight marketing deadlines.

  • Bring a proactive attitude and aren't afraid to push stakeholders for requirement confirmations.

  • Have a sense of humor — we take our mission seriously, but not ourselves!
