BLITS 3.0 PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: This role will be to directly support the mission of the 66th Air Base Group (66 ABG) to secure information and information systems; to support mission success through effective and efficient service delivery; and to sustain required infrastructure and capabilities. As one part of the greater Air Force Information Network (AFIN) enterprise, the 66 ABG Communications and Information Division (66 ABG/SC) has responsibilities in two categories (1) direct actions in support of Hanscom Air Force Base (HAFB) and geographically separated units (GSUs); and (2) indirect actions to support the AFIN enterprise. Successful solutions for this requirement are expected to have strengths in four areas: integration, flexibility, AFIN knowledge, and technical expertise.
 
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Web Development and Sustainment to support enterprise-level web systems, SharePoint environments, and Microsoft 365 integrations. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in SharePoint, Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate), Microsoft Teams, and web application development, with a strong understanding of DoD compliance and security standards.
 
Job Responsibilities:
·         SharePoint Administration & Development
·        Manage and plan content taxonomies and site collections.
·        Configure permissions, customize sites, and ensure performance and security compliance.
·        Utilize SharePoint Designer and Power Automate for site enhancements.
·        Web Development & Application Integration
·        Develop and integrate web applications and workflows using Visual Studio and K2 Black Pearl.
·        Maintain legacy and modern web technologies (.NET, JavaScript, SQL, XML).
·        Ensure compliance with DoD STIGs, SRGs, AFI 33-393, and Section 508.
·        Enterprise Information Management (EIM)
·        Troubleshoot and resolve EIM system issues.
·        Manage role-based access controls and collaborate with the Client Service Center (CSC) on IT issues.
·        Extranet & Accreditation Support
·        Support Extranet site design and updates.
·        Assist with DIACAP packages and system accreditation processes.
·        Documentation & Lifecycle Support
·        Author technical documentation (requirements, design, test plans, white papers).
·        Provide full lifecycle application support from requirements through deployment and maintenance.
·        Electronic Records Management (ERM)
·        Manage ERM systems across their lifecycle.
·        Apply best practices in metadata, retention, security, and audit readiness.
·        Power BI Expertise
·        Design and develop dashboards, reports, and data models.
·        Use DAX, Power Query, and M language for advanced analytics.
·        Administer Power BI environments and ensure data governance and performance optimization.
·        Power Automate Expertise
·        Design and implement automated workflows across Microsoft 365 apps.
·        Create custom connectors, manage APIs, and configure secure flows.
·        Monitor, troubleshoot, and administer Power Automate environments.
·        Microsoft Teams SME Support
·        Manage Teams structure, channels, permissions, and integrations.
·        Support collaboration, meeting management, and file sharing.
·        Train users and promote adoption through documentation and support.

Job Requirements: 
·        Proven experience in SharePoint administration and web development
·        Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Power Platform and Teams
·        Familiarity with DoD security and compliance standards
·        Excellent problem solving, documentation and communication skills
·        AA Degree and 8+ years of experience (degree may be substituted for additional two years of experience)
·        Secret Clearance
·        Security+ Certification preferred
